Reliability assessment and maintenance&reinforcement of existed structures are important technical measures to insure and improve reliability of existed structures, prolong structuring life of existed structures,advancing structuring function of existed structures,meanwhile,they also play significant roles in ensuring safety,saving resources and promoting sustainable development.Due to restrictions of testing measures and environmental condition,information which can be obtained is always limited.In most cases,conclusions for actual load, structure performance and liability must be made under on conditions of incomplete information.In order to solve this problem,extrapolating method,which based on pertinence analysis during resistance force extrapolation of reinforced concrete unit, has been proposed by some professors recently.Under this circumstance,combining synthetic geometry,material characteristics and other factors directly relating to resistance force,crack width,deformation and factors indirectly relating to resistance force,this article is going to bring forward extrapolating method which is based on influencing factor test results and pertinence analysis.During extrapolating process,probability characteristics of the unit resistance force,crack width and deformation and pertinences between them,are all adjusted and corrected according to geometric parameters,material characteristics and testing results of crack width and deformation.Comparing with current extrapolating method of resistance force,this method is established on a more substantial information base. Results of this comparison show that,under same conditions,ways adopting thesis can make the extrapolating of unit resistance force reach to a more favorable results and more matched with the unit actual performance. Although investigating subject of this article is reinforced concrete unit,the basic method of which should also has the referential value to extrapolation of resistance force of other kind of units.Also has some guidance meaning to assessment of existed structure reliabilities.
