The Study On Early Warning System Of Quality Risk For Wharf Structure

Because of the adverse environment, the increasing loads and the deterioration of materials, etc, wharf structure has serious damage in use, and it should be evaluated to ensure the safety of the wharf structure in future time. As a result, it has an important economic significance and research value to establish the early warning system of quality risk for wharf structure, evaluation the quality risk of wharf structure and predict the remaining useful life.To solve this problem, this paper has obtained the results are as follows:(1) First of all, on the basis of the deterioration mechanism study of wharf structure, the paper finds the sick factors about wharf structure quality, and establishes the quality risk of wharf structure assessment model; Secondly, the paper uses the AHP to solve the problem of weight determination, and determines the level standard of examination index according to the existing research and current codes; Finally, the paper uses the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluat the risk level of wharf structure quality and gives the advices.(2) Based on the reliability theory, determined the reliability index of wharf structure, and established the remaining using life model of wharf structure by corroded reinforced concrete structure and load effect stochastic process. Based on the durability degradation mathematical model, established the remaining using life model of wharf structure according to the existing research and current codes both in the air environment and in chloride environment.(3) On the basis of the establishment of the quality risk assessment model of wharf structure and the remaining using life model of wharf structure, the paper establishes the early warning system for wharf structure quality and introduced the contents and programs about the early warning system. The early warning system was so good to calculate and easy to use that it value to use and popularize in practice.
