Design And Realization Of Main Engine Lubrication System Of Ship

With the constant progress of science and technology,the automatic level of the vessel is higher,so the require of crew's quality is higher.Therefore how to train high-quality crew seems particularly important.The main engine lubrication system of ship is an important auxiliary system to ensure the main engine work steadily,so it is very important to master management and operation of main engine lubrication system. This paper has a research on Marine Engine Simulator of material object and Computer Simulation,regard main engine lubrication system of ship as the research object,which has explained the design method and implementation method in detail.This paper explains main engine lubrication System's principler of training ship "YUKUN" of DMU in detail at first.Alter consulting a large amount of literature about the ship design,according to various international,domestic norms,this paper summarizes a design method about main engine lubrication system of ship,then according to these methods and actual demand,which designs a set of main engine lubrication system for actual project,and calculates the apparatus of this system and selects type for the apparatus.Then,this paper explains how to build simulation model of lubrication system.The main engine lubrication system simulation model is composed of lubrication oil supply pump model,tank of lubrication oil model,lubrication oil cooler model,lubrication oil filter model,main engine consumming lubrication oil model,main engine lubrication oil thermodynamics model and main engine lubrication oil temperature control model. This paper describes the theory and modeling method of the above models and explains how to convert the models to codes by introducing the design and realization of the lubrication oil cooler model and lubricating oil supply model.At last,the whole system simulation software is developed by C# programming language and in the.NET environment.This software is composed of man-machine conversation interface,simulation model and database.This software can achieve good training and teaching functions.The technology of GDI+ and ADO.NET has been applied,and it also has taken good use of some other advantages of C# programming language.Finally this article explains how to communicate between the PC computer running the simulation system application and mimic panel.
