The digitized design for large complex equipments is one of popular focus in current academic research. Digitized technology can shorten research time and reduce research cost for aero engine and its auxiliary work-system. And it is important that the technology can improve the characteristics of aero engine and its assistant components. So it has obvious application background and science value to develop the study of digitized design theory and key technology. The elementary established digitized design platform is based on the lubrication and cooling system in aero engine main transmission in this thesis. Other similar work-system can be used for reference according to this research.The software structure of the digitized design platform is based on the lubrication and cooling system in aero engine's main transmission part by using the three-layer system DNA technology. It consists of the friendly interface forms, reliable data storage center and standard database interface ADO. Based on the principles of the lubrication and cooling system and the demand of parameters matching, this thesis builds the design and type-choice of assistant components in each subsystem in the digital design platform. The programs of choosing type and designing are complied, debugged and implemented for auxiliary components of every subsystem in the platform. By using the thermal network method, the thesis builds three-dimension thermal network model analysis model for the temperature flow of bearing chamber and solves the thermal equations by Matlab integrated with the platform. A set of example proved the feasibility of thermal network. The classes of auxiliary components are extracted from the real components. Then the principle charts can be developed and visualized in Visual C++6.0 and the obtained data can also be stored and exchanged in Microsoft Access 2000.
