With the situation of energy crisis get more and more serious,improving the efficiency of energy use get the widespread attention of all world.Drying technology has a wide range of application in textile,chemical,dyeing and finishing,food, pharmaceutical,paper and many other industrial and agricultural productions,the drying need to consume a large amount of energy.But in the general drying system, the tail gas after drying is directly discharged into the air.Although the tail gas has a certain temperature,due to various reasons,the tail gas can't be directly used in other way,so most of the tail gas is directly discharged into the air,the waste is very serious,and moreover,the tail gas has a certain degree of pollutions to the environment.In order to solve the problem of the waster of drying system,the liquid dehumidification technology is adopted;LiCl used as a desiccant,a new cycle drying system is established in this paper.In the new system,the tail gas after purification, dehumidification and reheating in order to recycle.This article introduced the background and developmental condition of the liquid dehumidification technology,the mathematical model with cooling and heat insulation liquid dehumidification system was built integrated with conversation of energy in dehumidification process.It had been demonstrated in contrast with experimental and calculated results that the simplify model was useful.This article expatiated on the theory of the dehumidification system,using the basic conditions of the laboratory;the liquid dehumidification facility was set up. This thesis observed the change of dehumidification in the different inlet condition. The result of the absorption was accorded with the predictions.Air flow rate,liquid temperature and concentration had a great affect on dehumidification;Liquid flow rate,air temperature and humidity had a less affect on dehumidification.The most important thing is the experimental results shows that the humidity of the tail gas after dehumidifying fully meets the requirements of the humidity of the hot air of the drying system,ensure that the new drying system can running all the time. At last,this article gets an economic analysis,the results shows the investment recovery of the new system is only one year,it further increased the feasibility of the new system.
