In this paper, introduced the signification and method of air dehumidification, pointed the superiority, development in civil and abroad and dehumidification mechanism of liquid dehumidification. On this basis, combined with engineering application, analysed and compared the plans and economics of air dehumidification, discussed and researched special characteristic of liquid dehumidification equipment.In this research, Licl is the desiccant in liquid dehumidification system. Licl liquid dehumidification system has been used extensively in abroad, but it only has been used in medicinal capsule production in our country. In liquid dehumidification system, the choice of the packing, the structure of the dehumidifier, directly influenced the efficiency of dehumidifier. In order to digest and absorb import equipment and technique, combined national condition and reduced engineer investment, the packing in dehumidifier is used PVC screw thread oblique corrugated plate of 5-6mm thickness made in china. In this research, through the test in geometric parameter and resistance performance, and comparison between random and other stacked packing, PVC screw thread oblique corrugated plate have more advantage. Combined with test and theoretic calculate, determined the heat and mass transfer coefficient, obtained the influence relationship between inlet air flow rate, temperature and humidity, inlet liquid desiccate flow rate, temperature and concentration with outlet air humidity in dehumidifier, provided consideration for equipment design and production.
