The dual-mass flywheel test bed which provides a test platform for researching on the automobile dual-mass flywheel is mainly used to test the dynamic stiffness of dual-mass flywheel. Whether the last measuring data is accurate and reasonable, it has great relationship with mechanical structure and size of test bed, so it has great significance to analyze the reliability of the test bed and its main parts.This paper mainly introduces the basic principle and structure composition of the test bed, the basic theories of finite element method and reliability, it analyzes the main parts force condition of test bed, and makes finite element analysis of crank bearing and rocker bearing in the system by finite element analysis software ANSYS. The paper also have reliability analysis for main parts of the test-bed, builds the reliability analysis model for the whole test-bed system finally, two effective measures are proposed to increase reliability of the system.First of all, mechanical analysis of the test-bed of performance test of dual-mass flywheel is carried out, and the related mechanical parameters are obtained to provide basic data for finite element analysis and reliability analysis of the test-bed. Secondly, The crank bearing and rocker bearing of dual-mass flywheel test bed are analyzed and calculated by ANSYS software, stress diagram and deformation data of the two bearings are obtained in different rotational speed condition, and it reveals that the increasing rotational speed of electric motor is the main reason that results in increasing the stress of the two bearings. And then, the reliability of crank-rocker mechanism, crank bearing and rocker bearing is analyzed by reliability theory. Lastly, the reliability analysis model is built for the whole system of the dual-mass flywheel test bed to realize reliability design and analysis for the whole test-bed, and two effective measures are provided for improving the reliability of test bed system.
