As shortage of energy and air pollution become more and more serious,it is very necessary for engine to find a way of sustainable development.Today the change of diesel engine is quick day by day,the fuel injection system(FIS) is one of the very important part of diesel engine,which affects the engine perfermence of power,economic and exhaust.It must be paid more attention to the FIS when the new engine would to be designed,or an old one would to be redesigned.At present,the diesel engine fuel injection system has entered the third generation of the electronically controlled fuel injection system--common rail fuel injection system.With the increasingly strict emission regulation and the development of diesel engine electronic control technology,as a high flexible fuel injection system,the high pressure common rail(CR) injection system has become a trend of the diesel engines technology for its remarkable advantages.The research of an electronically controlled high pressure common rail fuel injection system match for a direct injection diesel was performed in this paper.Diesel can meet the requirement for Euroâ…¢emission and using demands by using a high pressure common rail fuel injection system and adjusting parameters of the diesel.The main works include:(1) Based on the analysis of Robert Bosch and Nippon denso common rail fuel injection systems,the main component characteristics of common rail fuel injection system are analyzed.(2) The electronically controlled high pressure common rail fuel injection system match for seriesWD10 diesel of Weichai Power Co.,Ltd.According to requirement of engine performance and emission regulation,provide related components of common rail system.(3) Finally fmd the better performance of power and economic through experiments of bench test.Through a larger number of experiments,by equipped an electronically high pressure common rail fuel system,test and verify that the diesel can meet the requirement for serious Euroâ…¢emission legislation and the performance of power and economic.The target of this article is accumulating materials for the later work in the future.
