With the development of the social economy and the increase of car’s ownership,human in the demand for oil is growing. In addition, the emission regulation of allcountries is stricter day by day, as the internal combustion engine of the automotivepower is facing more and more severe challenges. It is of great value to ease theenergy crisis and reduce harmful emissions from vehicle by using renewableresources of biodiesel as fuel and optimizing the measures to the fuel injection law. Inthis paper, the main research work as follows:First of all, the paper analyzes the state of development about biodiesel and manytimes injection.A biodiesel made from soybean oil as raw materials, petrochemicalwith0#diesel oil produced B5, B10, B20three different proportions of biodiesel.Analyses the three kinds of physical and chemical properties of biodiesel.Secondly, on the basis of GT-Suite simulation software, establish library and somedomestic biodiesel fuel4B electro electronically controlled high pressure common raildiesel engine simulation model and experiments, the accuracy of the calibration of thesimulation model, and studied the different mixing ratio of biodiesel’s influence onengine performance and emissions.Finally, under certain conditions (2200r/min) and a certain amount of fuelinjection and main injection spray time consistent with the original premise of the lawof the start time for different blends of biodiesel different than the pre-spray-MainPenpen engine oil strategy affect the performance to determine the preferredcomposition. Studies show that: the same injection strategy, with the biodiesel blendratio increases, the torque decreases, a slight increase in NOx emissions, Sootemissions decreased; biodiesel blend ratio of the same, with the pre-injection anincreased amount of torque decreases, the NOx emissions increase, Soot emissionsdecreased; with the preliminary ejection-main oil puff interval increases, the torquedecreases, the decrease in NOx emissions, Soot emissions decreased; considering theengine torque, NOx and Soot emission factors, and select B5biodiesel,5%ofpre-injection, Pre-Main Injector interval is a combination of10°CA is the best option.This article through to the bio-diesel engine injection performance study for manytimes. On the one hand, it shows that biodiesel as a substitute fuel oil has goodapplication prospect.On the other hand, it also for the application of biodiesel incommon rail diesel engine fuel injection law and optimization to provide certainreference.
