Villa Installation Project Cost Analysis

At present research data which targeted at the cost analysis of villa project is very little. In this paper, use the construction project of the basic theory as a guide. By using the installation drawings of 10 villas for budgeting and the calculation of economic indicators, to analyze the cost characteristics of the villa installation project. Through research and case study, this paper will give some new insights on the preparation of technical and economic indicators of installation project and analysis of project cost.In this paper, use the GBG Project Cost Management System on the working 10 villas drawings for the installation of budgeting.Uniform diameter measurement, select the same manual and machinery costs ,a unified marketing materials to select the same price, convenience of follow-up study. After the completion of the budget management, use of software indicators to calculate the various units in each villa project indicators. Finally analysis the Indicators and the installation cost of the characteristics of the villa. In this paper, analysis the parameters between cost targets and materials prices, price of artificial man-days, the correlation of building, come to a series of laws of the installation project cost, hope for the rules of calculation guide to practical engineering. Through cost analysis, can get the installed villa project cost has increased with the construction area and an increasing trend, while the unilateral project cost rather than an increase in floor area with a decreasing trend. Volume size and cost of installation of a better correlation, the relative size of size, volume size includes the vertical size factor. Through the analysis of relevantof between manual ,materials price and cost, and can get artificial and materials price changes in the price of the installation cost of the impact of the villa. Artificial man-days per unit increase of one yuan, a unilateral price increase is 4 yuan. This article also work out the indicators of pipeline rack, indicators can be easily instruct the practical engineering. Project cost analysis is a systematic project, in view of limited knowledge, there are many inadequacies and hope the understanding from the experts.Thesis work is very heavy, so writer will use the computer software to complete the preparation of budget. The guidance of teacher has done a number of practical projects by use budget software in recent years, so can give guidance in these areas and ensure better progress in this thesis.
