The development of artillery (howitzer) measurement techenoly home and abroad is introduced in this thesis. Aimed at the demand of a howitzer manufacturer for the characteristics of howitzer back-moiving, key technologes of the howitzer back-moving simulation system are studyed and the system is build up.The system consists of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and control-measurement four main parts. In mechanical part, an arc slide rail is employed to carry a lide block, and allow the block bringing a hydraulic cylingder, which is used to drive howitzerback-moving device, moves from-7°-70°in vertical plane. Hydraulic part consistsof hydraulic power station, electro-hydraulic control valves and 3 hydraulic cylingders. Electrical part is used for electro-hydraulic control valve actuation and positon switch controls. Control-measurement part includes an industry computer, pressure sensors and position sensors. Special software is developed to support the whole system controlling and measuring. The interface of the software is friendly, the operation is conveniencely, and can be used for the system automatic control or manually operation.The system scheme is thoroughly studied and then complished, mechanical structures are designed detailly, the key parameters are calculated, the control-measurement software and hardware are developed and the sorftware interface is designed. The system is already built up and in use. It shows that the scheme is successify and the system is welcome by the manufacturer.
