According to the requirements of the Wave-guide flume wavemaking machine of Ocean Acoustics Laboratory of Hangzhou Applied Acoustics Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, the whole function of the Control System of Electro-hydraulic Servo wavemaking machine, the moving vehicle Orientation, and the computer control system are studied in this paper. For the development of new-technic underwater acoustic detection equipment, the State Key Laboratory of Ocean Acoustics needs to test the dynamic data of the underwater acoustic sensor. Usually, only a part of feild brief test can be done, because it needs so much manpower and material resources, and it is also affected by weather. As for the all-sided and particular investigation, physical model experiments in laboratory are needed. This device can work as a platform of ocean environment simulator in the State Key Laboratory of Ocean Acoustics.The main research contents of the paper are as follows: The control system of electro-hydraulic Servo is designed and constructed, which is realized by PID control arithmetic. The device of moving vehicle orientation is installed and debugged. The I/O boards are selected for realizing A/D conversion and D/A conversion. The counter is utilized to measure the position and the velocity of moving vehicle, and the data gainning prepositive circuit is made. The control software is compiled.Firstly, the meaning of the development of wavemaking machine for the underwater acoustic sensor is discussed, and the status quo of the wavemaking machine is given. In chapter 2, the structure and function of electro-hydraulic servo wavemaking machine are analyzed. Especially, the collectivity electro-hydraulic servo valve and servo amplifier are detailed researched. This provides a foundation for the design of the Control Systemof Electro-hydraulic Servo in theory and technically. The transfer function of control system, which is constructed with the components that be selected, is bring forward. PID control arithmetic is adopted for the control system. The burst mode of the trigger and the data transport mode are analyzed, and both of them use software control mode. Multithreading, which made program run faster to make full use of CPU, and multimedia clock are adopted for the software design. In chapter 3, the moving vehicle orientation device is researched. The interface circuits for wave fliterring, pulse shaping and photo-electricity isolation are designed and made. The function of chip 8254 is introduced, and the counter function of it is used to detect the position and the velocity of moving vehicle. The counter use software interrupt mode. The circuit for protecting and watching system is designed, and the control program and operating interface of the system are accomplished. In chapter 4, the errors of control system are analyzed to find out the causes which bring in the system stead-state error and the range it, then, the causes of measuring error are studied. By analyzing in theory and measuring in practice, it is proved that the device can achieve the precision request.The production about the system is sumed up, and the shortage is pointed out at the same time. At last, some advice and expectations of the system are given.
