City central area is the center of city politics, economy, and culture. It reflects the city features and the cultural characters, and it is the core space of the city. Following with the high-speed urbanism, the city dimensions enlarged, and the urban space expanded, the construction of new cities and the revival of old cities are becoming the typical delegates of the urbanism. Therefore, as core space of the whole urban space, city central area construction is regarded as a very important thing. However, in the recent construction of the city central area in the world wide, there are too many mistakes and limitations, isolated-perfecting the function or vision led the connection between architectures and environment ruptured, and the organic relation of the environment elements to the urban space neglected. Therefore, how to construct a city central area which is with harmonious form,graceful environment,organic space-connection is the prime problem to all the architects and urban-planners.The writer thinks that how to construct a city central area public environmental space with high- efficiency, commensal connections, continuable development and livingness is the urgent affairs to urbanism, and it is also the core of this paper.
