Suburban scenic spot is a crucial component of recreational belt around metropolis, and it is a geopolitical relations in a very special part of, which plays a significant role in improving both the suburban recreation-function and the environmental quality. As an important vehicle of suburban recreation, suburban scenic spot is also an important place for the citizens. With the rapid development of urbanization, the suburban space structure has changed a lot. Many suburban scenic spots have been built up, which provide citizens abundant recreation places and also give rise to many problems. The reasons major lie in only attaching importance to the development of tourism, and emphasizing the aesthetic forms but neglecting of the core function of suburban scenic spot—uburban recreation.Based on the realization of how importance of recreational function for the city life and suburban scenic spot,recreation-function, the point of this thread is to explore the organizational principles and Countermeasures of suburban scenic spot , recreation-function . Based on case study, investigation and questionnaires data, this paper analyzed the evolution of suburban scenic spot recreation-function. Based on citizen recreation behavior research and experience and lessons drawn from case study, some principles and counterparts of the organization of suburban scenic spot recreation-function were put forward.The first chapter is the base of this paper, which defined the research scope and relevant concepts; chapter two analyzed the reasons of the evolution of suburban scenic spot recreation-function, summarized its transformation from five aspects containing the quantity, types, time distributing, space distributing and people and took Nanjing Zhongshan Mountain scenic spot and Guangzhou Baiyun Mountain as examples to explore the development trend of suburban scenic spot recreation-function; the third chapter took Nan-Nan scenic spot in Chongqing as an example, by analyzing all previous programming and the design of Southern Mountain's core part—Southern Mountain arboretum drawn up the development of its recreation; besides through investigation both on the spot and of questionnaires this chapter summarized the transformation and trend of suburban scenic spot recreation-function, tourists'behavior mode and recreation preference and the gain, loss and rule its recreation development; chapter four put forward the principles of the organization of suburban scenic spot recreation-function and some counterparts, which provided theory references to further exert the suburban scenic spot recreation-function and coordinate the protection of scenic spot and the development of recreation.
