The paper takes electric vehicles rapid charging as the studying background, surrounds rapid charging technology, voltage equalization technology and contactless power transfer technology three critical technologies to unfold and resolve the problem of series lithium-ion batteries'life with the high-effect, rapid and flexible charging. The paper is an important research content of Chongqing city science and technology commission natural science fund project "the electric vehicles force battery intelligent and rapid charging technology studies". The studied significance lies in that to come true for electric vehicles rapid charging with the contactless power transfer technology (CPT) and without damaging series lithium-ion batteries'life and capacity. And also it lies in that to overcome insufficient as the electric shock that traditional battery charging method brings about and environmental effect easily and to implement green, safety, the high-effect power transmission flexibly.The thesis research has included several main aspects as following content:①Introduced studying background and significance first, and then introduced the current studying situation of contactless power transfer technology and series lithium-ion batteries rapid charging technology. And the available application and studying has been analyzed.②The lithium-ion battery electrical characteristic and the battery charging pattern has been analyzed in common use. And the rapid charging circuit, which don't affect the lithium-ion battery's life, have been designed including battery charging power circuit, controlling circuit, checking circuit, driving circuit and so on. After that the software simulation, even the software and the experiment research has been done.③Analyzed the necessity of the series lithium-ion battery charging process to equalize the battery voltage, and studied all kinds of common used equalization circuit, even brought forward the circuit adopted in this design. A voltage equalization fuzzy control algorithm has been designed and has been verified by simulating studying and experiment studying.④The contactless power transfer technology is applied in the series lithium-ion battery rapid charging. The system's structure and principle has been introduced at first. In order to realize loads distinguished and output power adjusted, the power receiving circuit, power feedback circuit, and the power adjusting circuit has been designed and power feedback receiving circuit has been increased based on original equipment.⑤For verifying the correctness that theory designed, the author has put up the rapid charging experiment platform with 3 series lithium-ion batteries and has studied the experiment progress systematically. It realized the purpose that lithium-ion battery rapid charging based on the contactless power transfer technology.
