Low Price Tender And Management After Bidding In The Construction Engineering

The bidding in construction engineering is worldwide used in our country as an effective way with the development of marketing economy. But there are some problems in our construction market, such as being difficult to win a bid , fierce competition among construction enterprise and so on. So choosing the low price tender strategy become a living method for construction enterprise.Low price tender has been performed for a long time in abroad and become the international convention. In our country, in order to promote development and perfection in construction market, we should make the low price tender play its role. But in comparison with the western countries, in our construction industry, the history of introducing the bidding is too short, the starting of theoretical research and practice application in bidding is too late, and the implementation in bidding is a great distance, so it is very important to study on low price tender and management after bidding.In this paper, the following several problems will be researched.â‘ The author briefly introduces the development history of bidding at home and abroad, and the contents of bidding in construction engineering in our country. Moreover, the author detailed analysis the method to win the bid with the lowest price which is popular in abroad, and the method to win the bid with the reasonable low price which is suitable for our national conditions. By comparing, this conclusion that the method to win the bid with the reasonable low price can transient to the method to win the bid with the lowest price in our country is obtained.â‘¡The author study a series of management issues of construction enterprises after low price tender.â‘¢With Xiamen city as the example, the author analysis the method to win the bid with the lowest price which is carrying out in Xiamen now, and proposes several suggestions for the existing problems.
