| China shipbuilding industry grows rapidly in recent years. China is the 3ird one of the nations in the world on shipbuilding capability nowadays.The manufacture has come into international business market. But R&D on shipbuilding CAD system is still far behind and not able to meet the needs of national shipbuilding industry.For rapidly altering this situation,relevant scientific research and development are imperative.In the thesis a detaild survey on R&D of international CAD/CAM and national shipbuilding CAD software is presented firstly.An idea of adding propeller's performance evaluating modual to shipbuilding CAD software is offered.For the same purpose,a module of propeller's performance evaluating system is appended to a GRP Yacht Design Platform (YDP) software developed by Mr.Yang.The function of the sofeware is expanded,so as its application field.The 1st step is feasibility research on evaluating propeller- performance based on CFD theory.Commercial CFD software is adopted to numerically simulate the performance of one propeller from a series.Testing results from towing-tank is compared with the numerical experiment results. Significative conclusion is drawn and the feasibility is proved to be true .A example shows its value for propeller-design and choose for ship.Key technic and boundary-settings for computing are also briefly introduced.The next, successfully turning the performance evaluating module into reality.ANSYS work environment is attached to YDP preparing extending its capacity in the future. VC++ is used throughout the whole process as a programming tool. Fast modeling form project drawing to reckon entities is implemented with the help of ANSYS APDL,providing convenience to propeller performancre evaluating.The author offers a new idea on YDP reseach and does some relevant reseach,but the idea can be used on research on ship and ship model,even problem of interaction between the bull and propellers.The thesis can offer valuble referenc to students hopefully. |
