The concealment quality is very important tactics property of shipment. as vibration isolation devices, the folat raft system can significantly reduce vibration level transferred from the power units to the basement of shipment. Great deals of researches on the vibration specity dynamic analysis, vibration response calculation of this system have been done. However, the disposal method of emulation calculation result of middle frequency band hasn't been proposed.The"divided frequency band method", that is adopting finite element method in low frequency band, using Statistical energy analysis method in high frequency band, is proposed in this dissertation, the fuzzy mathematics method is introduced into the emulational result disposal process, the fuzzy disposal method of middle frequency band vibration isolation effect is proposed at the first time to solve the wide frequency band vibration isolation effect calculation problem.The"complex stiffness method", which translates the impedance varying with the frequency into the stiffness and damp varying with the frequency, is adopted to simulate the vibration isolator more realistically.Considering the need of emulational modeling and validation of the emulation model, the dynamic parameter experimental system is set up to test the impedance of base and vibration isolator, acceleration level of machines, mode of raft frame and vibration level fall of vibration isolation system. The emulational result is proved to match rightly with the experimental result in 10~8KHz frequency band.The integration of finite element software MSC.Patran and Statistical Energy Analysis software AutoSEA is proposed in this dissertation. The modeling and calculation of finite element method, Statistical Energy method and fuzzy mathematics method are developed in the Viasual C++ environment to realize the wide frequency band vibration isolation effect calculation and improve the efficiency and reliability of dynamic emulational modeling and analysis of float raft system.
