With the capacity of electrical grid and generators increasing, The nation power grid request the power plant running more safely and responsing quickly, the inertia and delay of the boiler decide the respond rate of the unit .it is important to establish accurate mathematic dynamic mode, so we can predict parameter trend, and overcome the inertia and delay of the boiler, and improve the equality of the CCS control. The observer which was designed by professor hanzhongxu is used successfully in Pingliang Power Plant, the article illustrate some details about optimizing CCS control system and Current situation of CCS in Pingliang Power Plant. At same time, with expansion of regional electrical net and combination of north -west electrical net and Huabei electrical net ,the stability of the electrical net become more and more important, whether the primary frequency modulation is put on successfully , it directly influence on the safety and equality of the electrical of electrical net ,this article illustrate the constitution of primary frequency modulation in Pingliang Power Plant and test data ,improvement of primary frequency modulation .to the drum boiler ,drum water lever control is an important subsystem which relatively independent on CCS control system ,to control the drum water lever in legal range is very important, the effect of control is one of the most important parameter, if the water lever too high ,it can d damage the super heater and turbine ,if it is too low, it can damage the boiler, many experts did some researches on drum water lever control ,and established boiler water lever dynamic model to overcome falsehood drum water, the article establish the dynamic model to predict the trend of drum water lever .to temperature control of super steam heater ,it is another important independent subsystem, the temperature of steam is an important parameter to influence on safety and efficiency of the unit ,the article establish the dynamic model to predict the trend of the temperature of the steam .professor hanzhongxu establish observer to overcome inertia and delay of steam temperature ,it is very useful, the dynamic models of drum water lever and temperature of super heater steam , To establish accuracy dynamic model of temperature of super steam heater ,and use the trend of the simulator temperature of super steam heater ,it can change the flow of the reducing temperature water on advance ,and can control the super steam temperature better. Pingliang Power Plant take an action on saving energy of our central management, And change the primary air fan constant frequency mode to variable frequency mode ,all the control logics are designed by the author ,the efficient of the saving energy is good ,this article illustrate some thing about the design briefly.
