Ships are more and more larger, there are more and more pass-by and new cargoes. Liquid chemicals in bulk can burn, explode , poison , contaminate and reaction .It will bring great loss if there is an accident. Therefore, it is necessary to study the risks in terminals of liquid chemicals in bulk.According to the situation of terminals of liquid chemicals in bulk and the achievements of the predecessor's research, there are analysis of risk reasons and accidents. Comprehensive Fuzzy risk evaluation is used to solve the problem. The paper takes the analysis as the base, which includes the analysis of the first class risk resource such as material fatalness, leakage fatalness and fire and explosion fatalness and the second class risk resource such as terminal hardware, human errors, environmental factors and achieves synthetical environment risk assessment of chemical terminals by means of the Analytical quantitative Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. In the process of conducting qualitative and analysis of leakage fatalness and fire and explosion fatalness, the article uses different angles from traditional methods. For instance, in the leakage accident, the research emphases are leakage scale and diffusion mode, and the article also gives attention to evaluate the health and environ mental damage either. It uses Ningbo harbor as example and analyses it risks. At last, the paper brings out the effective measures against the risks in terminals of liquid chemical in bulk. It is helpful to the risk management of the chemical terminals in some extent. |
