As a sign of the times, tall buildings demonstrate their amazing miracle of architecture, when they have also brought the lingering influence on cities. To face laws of development of tall buildings squarely, to seize the opportunities for them, to overcome the problems in the development of them, is an unavoidable reality for Chinese cities to meet the wave of urbanization in 21st century. And the urban construction layout and planning decisions based on the angle of city, is the most overall, programmatic problem that must be first to face.In this thesis, based on a comprehensive summary of internal research and abroad that in tall buildings construction layout, and according to research contradiction in the lack of system, one-sided basis, subjective decisions and the practical problems so directly related in that area, such as the contradictions of extensive land use in Chinese medium or small-scale cities, construction and management pointed indefinitely.I introduce the new perspective of research based on urban design and mathematical model, that to systematically and comprehensively sum up the factors about tall buildings construction layout. Thereafter, about specific study subjects'influential factor, to use research method of urban plan, such as Delphi analysis, SD analysis, AHP analysis, GIS spatial analysis, to achieve an effective screening and quantitative evaluation, then led to application of the ideal model for decision that based on the mathematical formula and thereby, to establish a comprehensive, objective, practical and scientific rational decision model of the tall buildings construction layout in technology of innovative ways.In addition, the thesis not only raise the integrity of the decision conclusions in space positioning, but also from a more comprehensive perspective ,like the choice of construction model, technical line of model operation, the timing of construction and development, creating for urban vertical space and guide in shape and volume of tall buildings…to raise the strategies and recommendations of tall buildings construction, combination of macro and micro, coordination of subjective and objective further.Finally, by the practical application research, I not only strive to find a workable, scientific and rational road of tall buildings construction layout, but also hope for this can be provided for the future actual work as a template to test or refer. |
