A Study On Research Park Planning And Design In Less Developed Regions

To cope with the challenges of scientific and technological revolution,China since the 1980s began to build research park.Research park to promote the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization process,enhance city and the state's comprehensive competitivemess , and promote rapid economic and social development played an important role,but also a range of issues such as a waste of land,low efficiency,lack of innovation became up,in space on the performance of unrestricted expansion,this has seriously affected China's economic development and urbanization process , and brought enormous challenge to the sustainable development.Due to the economic level and the relatively backward scientific and technological strength in less developed regions,research park locates a more important position in development and plays a role of major local economic growth and innovative source in regional development,is the main driven force of the region.The study about construction and development law on research park in less developed region will have a more important significance.The study of reaearch park has always been focus on innovation culture,industrial clusters and space characteristics three aspects.Combining with the author's major characteristics,in line with the development process of research park,the paper explores the basic characteristics,main types and development laws of the research park;in summary on the basis of problems in functional structure and spatial form of the research park construction process,makes an in-depth analysis about the reasons of the problems;combining with the actural situation in less developed region,studying the mode of development in less developed regions as the breakthrough point,putting forward the planning of research park in less developed region should lay emphasis on function orientation , development strategies , land use and environment protection;and taking Inner Mongolia science and technology city as the actural case,discusses the methods of research park planning in less developed region,mainly proposes small plots,flexibility in land use patterns and environment protection strategy in low-skilled conditions,provides a guidance for reaearch park planning and construction in less developed regions.
