The early dismantling formwork can quicken the formwork turnover, lessenthe input, decrease the cost, improve the efficiency, speed up construction progressand decrease the project term fitting the requirements of the constructionspecification and project quality without influencing the project safety of thecast-in-place concrete structure. As an advanced technology, it has been listed inthe 4th item and 4.2 sub-item of the 10 new technologies in the construction fieldof the 2005 edition by Ministry of Construction, and thus has become the keytechnology for present research and popularization.The compiling of the Technology Specification for Early DismantlingFormwork Construction in Beijing finishes the condition that no correspondingprinciples exist neither home nor abroad; at the same time it standardizes, guidesand constrains the design, construction and management of the early dismantlingformwork. For the reliability of the early dismantling formwork technology in thebook, the studying team led by Professor Ding Hongyan of Tianjin University hasdone detailed research and laid theoretical basis for the compiling of theSpecification.On the basis of experiments and the analysis for finite element ANSYS model,the thesis aims to find out the required terms for the early dismantling formworkconstruction, as well as the maximal tension stress, the maximal press stress, bondstress of reinforcing steel bar, bending, the crack, on consideration of the usage inreal project, proved by the reliable theoretical calculation under the requirementsof design principle and construction progress. In the demonstration of the researchon the feasibility of early dismantling formwork construction technology, theinduction method has been employed creatively, that is, to include as many aspossible the unfavorable factors in the modeling, which can ensure the safe andeffective functions of the early dismantling formwork under the relativelyfavorable condition in actual usage, The conclusion is that the earliest condition ofdismantling formwork is at 3 days and the concrete stress should be over 10 MPa.
