With the rapid development of our country's economy,the trend of population urbanization has become more and more marked,followed by a new issue how could we provide the newcomers with basic living space.Urban areas have been determined,residential land area has certain restrictions,therefore the high-rise residential shear wall structure was put up to relieve the contradiction.Nowadays the progress of modern science and technology being made rapidly and the improvement and updates of building materials is accelerated.The level of designing corporation and construction corporation are being constantly improved,high-rise residential building has stepped in a accelerating period.As the early demolition of template system in the construction keeps a large proportion in total cost,construction corporation focus on optimizing the demolition time and support bar spacing to raise the template system's recycling rate and to save construction costs,maximize their own interests.This paper is combined with the condition of JianYe Garden high-rise residential shear wall structure,residential areas No.2,building No.3,the support pole space is adjusted to observe its influence on the stress and deformation of support system and floor,the corresponding quantitative relationship has been summarized.A series of work is launched:(1)By consulting multitudinous relevant literature and making summaries to find out its contribution to the study of the early dismantling template system,and summarize the problem in the present research;(2)According to the relevant value,we summarize the relevant knowledge lies in mechanical calculation of the early dismantling formwork support system which is used in shear wall structure,through which we get a certain understanding of the finite element method;(3)Combined with engineering condition,a construction scheme is worked out and a self-made testing apparatus is put to monitor the early demolition system of the high-rise residential shear wall structure,though which we could obtain the support poling stress value,poling under load,the floor displacement value and the reinforcement stress in the slab;combined with the actual construction process and the monitoring value,the key points of the research and the advantage and limitation of the actual construction process of early dismantling formwork support system are put out.(4)According to the actual condition of the standard floor of the 3# building,the ANSYS simulation analysis of the shear wall structure is carried out.By consulting the actual condition of support pole arrangement,at first the three-dimensional simulation model is integrated,then the pole value,load value and floor deformation value is compared with the test results,the model parameter is adjusted and errors are eliminated,the optimal calculation model was chosen,at last the research direction is decided;by setting different pole spaces and summarizing the deformation and tensile stress of slab quantitative relationship between pole space,the vertical maximum equivalent stress value,load value and support the maximum value of tensile stress,this paper could provide guidance with actual construction.
