Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of the construction industry,the form-work engineering is also improved.In order to improve the economic benefits of the construction industry,it is necessary to develop new construction form-work reasonably.Aluminum alloy form-work stands out as a new type of green construction form-work because of its advantages of high strength,light quality,short construction period,simple supporting form,high turnover rate,high recovery value and environmental protection.Aluminum form-work system has been developed abroad for many years,the construction technology of form-work is relatively mature,the time of introducing aluminum form-work system in China is relatively short,and people are not too familiar with the construction technology of aluminum form-work,during the construction of aluminum molds,the support system of the formwork needs to be designed to ensure the overall load-bearing performance.If the design value of the bearing capacity is too high,the formwork will collapse,so the design bearing capacity of the single support must be known.It is very necessary to study the bearing performance of the support.This paper studies the development of aluminum form-work at home and abroad,introduces the construction technology,installation and demolition rules of aluminum form-work,introduces the development history of early demolition system,and compares the advantages and disadvantages with other building form-work such as wood form-work,steel form-work,plastic form-work and so on,it highlights the unique advantages of aluminum form-work construction technology.the results show that the construction technology of aluminum alloy form-work is the most economical and social green construction technology,and the construction industry can widely use and popularize the construction technology of aluminum alloy form-work.Based on the theoretical calculation of the bearing capacity and the limit value of compression deformation of the single pipe with aluminum form-work,the theoretical allowable bearing capacity and compression deformation limit values of the two adjustable support bars with different support heights(2.7 m and 3.1 m)are obtained by calculating the bearing strength of the steel pipe wall at the steel pin joint,the compression stability of the steel pipe column,the shear strength of the steel pin key and the strength of the steel pipe.The comparative analysis shows that the longer the support height,the greater the bearing capacity,the greater the compression deformation limit,and the higher the stability of the low support.The bearing capacity,stability and deformation of the support rod were studied by means of the finite element software simulation test.The elastic,elastoplastic and failure stages of the steel support were studied.By comparing the test value with the theoretical value,comparing the simulation value with the test value and comparing the simulated value with the theoretical value,the results show that the results of the three research modes are relatively consistent.Under vertical load,the deformation ability and deformation stage of the adjustable steel support with different support height are different,and the higher the support height,the earlier the steel support enters the elastic stage,the yield stage and the failure stage.The factors affecting the bearing capacity of the early removal support are analyzed.The analysis shows that the longer the adjustable support rod is,the longer the length of the intubation is,the larger the deformation is,the weaker the stability is,and the lower the bearing capacity is,the critical force of the steel pipe increases with the increase of the area of the steel pipe.in the case of increasing the support height of the steel support,if the critical force of the steel pipe is to remain the same,the moment of inertia of the support rod should be increased.Therefore,in the design of early removal of the support rod,one should make the steel support casing as long as possible,the other is to increase the inertia of the support rod,which is more conducive to safe construction.So when the aluminum alloy form-work is removed early,the reasonable specification and suitable height support rod should be selected to ensure that the early removal support has sufficient bearing capacity and stability.And the wall thickness,steel material,support height,construction technology and so on of aluminum form-work early demolition support are guaranteed to improve the bearing capacity and stability of the support.Figure[47] table[21] reference[52]...
