With the rapid increase in the total number of motor vehicles, it is more overburdened. Therefore, to study and develop ITS quickly is very important Parking guidance and informatiom system (PGIS) is an important component of ITS. In many cities abroad have different levels of development of the system. It has proved that PGIS is an effective way to figure out the problem and to help the driver find the parking space quickly. PGIS in our country' cities is now in an important period of development, so it is a important task about how to learn from foreign experience to apply in PGIS of our big cities.In this paper, PGIS in Beijing CBD for the background, through participation in the actual research work, It is mainly studied on the Models and Methodologies of Supply for Parking Guidance and Information System in Big City of China. On the basis of a detailed analysis in the newest parking guidance system at home and abroad , the paper proposed construction of China's large cities PGIS the overall framework and model.The paper is also studied in the four parts of PGIS------the information collectionsubsystem, the information processing subsystem, the information transmission subsystem and the information supply subsystem. Among these, it is mainly studied in the method of Supply for PGIS and the reasonable arranging of parking guidance sign. Based on the analysis of influencing factors of parking message distribution, it put forward guidance strategy in three grades and dynamic control method of message distribution. Whereafter, it put forward the genetic algorithm for the complex optimization problems of parking sign.
