Large maintenance machinery by way of modern construction instrument, possess more advantage of tradition remedial operation mode. Thereof high velocity, high quality and expeditious construction operation supply favorable ensure for running operation, so it became major trend of railway curing remedial operation all over the world .By contrast with long time blockaded and high mechanization of abroad track sky window, the time of sky window is short and the workload is large as traffic flow high in China railway. So the scheme of sky window should be selected rationally. The mathematics model among the time of sky window, carrying capacity and traveling speed is made in this paper. "V-mode sky window" and "plumb sky window" is deeply researched, the influence rule is found, and the conclusion is made.In addition, the paper discusses the feasibility of large maintenance machinery in rail whirl trunk, put forward the construction condition, the measure and attentive proceeding.Running organization and construction organization on large instrument are researched in the paper. The conclusion is useful to the development of large instrument in future.
