| Digital breathing adjuster is a new and important topic in the research field of life support system of airspace emergency. Based on the analyses of the digital breathing adjuster, including the background and other development in the new future, comparing the traditional robotistic breathing adjuster with the digital breathing adjuster, and a new digital breathing adjuster was designed and simulated in this paper. The numerical simulation for different digital breathing adjuster and that valve was counted out by FLUENT, software of CFD, to do numerical simulation of diversified displacement of and diversified flow condition. The dimension of the valve was designed according to the flux formula, and then the model of the valve was built and meshed by using GAMBIT. After 3-D stead state calculating based on the k ?εtorrent model and coupled implicit solver in FLUENT, the flux values were got based on different states, such as valve distance. Comparing the results between the theory and numerical simulation, the flux characteristics curves were approximate by using the two approaches. The analysis in this paper indicated that the numerical simulation method was feasible. Finally, this paper designed the elementary diagram of the digital breathing adjuster.All of the study is a guidance to research the digital breathing adjuster system in the future. |
