With misalignment equipment's widespread applications in power system, such as electric power electronic component and so on, The flicker harm brought forth interharmonic from it is becoming more and more serious and aroused the widespread interest more and more.At present, the flicker aroused by voltage fluctuate assessment method is based on the IEC flickermeter by internationally recognized, But the IEC flicker meter is based on the amplitude modulation voltage fluctuate, designed by researching incandescent lamp as appraisal object and can't examine correctly the flicker caused by the high frequency. At the same time, the existing experimental study also indicated that the flicker is more sensitive aroused by fluorescent lamp than incandescent lamp. The fluorescent lamp's flicker effect aroused by interharmonic and the method to restrain interharmonic is becoming a urgently question to be researched because the fluorescent lamp's illumination mechanism are different with the incandescent lamp.This article had researched on voltage fluctuant caused by the various intermonic parameters, analyzed on the fluorescent lamp flicker sensitive experimental curve caused by interharmonic, proposed that obtains the fluorescent lamp flicker each influence factor's weight based on neural network's method, Then proposed the improvement to IEC flicker meter based on the relation between the instantaneous power and the luminous flux ,and then proposed measures to restrain interharmonic in view of the interharmonic parameter's flicker influence weight to the compact fluorescent lamp. Main content of this article:â‘ This paper analyzed the voltage fluctuate's influences got from the power frequency voltage with one or a pair of interharmonic and analyzed the interharmonic distortion factor's influence to the voltage peak value fluctuation; designed the neural network parameter to the traditional compact fluorescent lamp flicker question and had realized this type fluorescent lamp flicker weight model through matlab procedure,obtained interharmonic various parameter's flicker weight to the compact fluorescent lamp; The weight result indicated that the fluorescent lamp is more sensitive to the voltage peak value's fluctuation than the voltage effective value's fluctuation.â‘¡this paper validated weight model of the fluorescent lamp flicker by using the essential nerve node's concept, the confirmation result had indicated that the neural network model's weight result was correct. Then introduced the voltage flicker concept and introduced the fluorescent lamp flicker meter's improvement model based on incandescent lamp's flicker meter model improved and analyzed the compact fluorescent lamp's flicker limiting value through the improved flicker-meter model.â‘¢This paper designed the passive filter based on restraining interharmonic, analyzed a pair of interharmonic's influence to the systemic voltage, Proposed a pair of interharmonic mitigatory measure regarding the fluorescent lamp as flicker object, realized restrainability to interharmonic by using the matlab tool combining with fluorescent lamp's improvement flicker-meter model, the result indicated that the high frequency component in a pair of interharmonic can be selected as tune frequency to restrain the interharmonic pollute.
