The interharmonics as a kind of harmonic which is non-integral multiple fundamental frequency caused many adverse effects on the power system,When power system contains interharmonics,it will arouse voltage fluctuation and lead to the light flickering.The fluorescent lamp has a strong sensitivity to the voltage with inter-harmonic component,therefore it is significant to study the voltage fluctuation and flicker characteristics under the interharmonics voltage.Firstly,the characteristics of the output voltage fluctuation under the condition of single interharmonic and a pair of interharmonics are analyzed in this paper,and deduceed the peak fluctuation of voltage waveform based on the theory of knowledge.In this paper,the working principle of the existing flicker meter is analyzed,and it also points out the limitation of the evaluate to fluorescent lamp flicker phenomenon.Combining the working principle of fluorescent lamp,the improved flicker model based on fluorescent lamp is presented,and the transfer function of each module is calculated,to provide theoretical basis for the calculation of flicker parameters of fluorescent lamps.This paper takes straight tube fluorescent lamp as the research object,analyzed its luminescence mechanism and working characteristics,the mathematical model of straight tube fluorescent lamp is established by using the curve fitting method,and the performance of the straight tube fluorescent lamp and the feasibility of the mathematical model are verified by simulation.Based on the mathematical model of straight tube fluorescent lamp,designed a general electronic ballast circuit for fluorescent lamp.And the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform is used tosimulate the constant current output and dimming characteristics of the whole simulation circuit.By directed against the established simulation model of the straight tube fluorescent lamp with electronic ballast,and the voltage characteristic and the flicker effect of the straight tube fluorescent lamp are simulated and analyzed,the voltage characteristics and flicker effect of straight tube fluorescent lamp are simulated and analyzed at the time of interharmonics injection into power system,and the output voltage and power fluctuation curve of the straight tube fluorescent lamp are extracted by envelope.Based on the improved flicker meter model,the paper thrown up the relative amplitude of the corresponding interharmonics with the straight tube fluorescent lamp occured flicker effect under the influence of different harmonic frequencies.The rationality of the simulation model is validated indirectly.The paper take advantage of SIT toolkit accomplished the joint simulation between LabVIEW Virtual instrument platform software and Matlab/Simulink Simulation platform.The Lab VIEW simulation platform can be used to adjust the model parameters directly,and the operation interface is clear and attractive.The paper use waveform generator to generate voltage fluctuation signal,the data acquisition of voltage fluctuation signal is based on the platform of LabVIEW,and then transmite the voltage fluctuation signal to the established simulation model in Matlab/Simulink,and then make simulation analysis of flicker effect of straight tube fluorescent lamp with electronic ballast under the influence of measured voltage fluctuation signal.Finally to gain the curves of the limiting values of interharmonics content of the straight tube fluorescent lamps.All of works above can establish reference to the restriction of interharmonics flicker limiting measures with fluorescent lamp.
