Safety Management And Control In Construction Of Mountainous Bridge

Construction of bridge is one of the most important parts of expressway construction. This kind of projects can be hardly managed because of the risks associated with employees' expertise, construction difficulties, environment and etc. Compared with a bridge is built on flat plains, building a new expressway across a mountain is rather risky. Apart from the geographical difficulties, the project management is another issue. Although those issues have been noticed in practice, accidents still happen frequently. Some undeniable problems exist in construction safety, and safe problems extrude increasingly.Firstly, this paper prescribes the definition of accident, summarizes and analyses the characteristic of accidents in the construction of bridge, the theoretic system info of the cause of accidents are studied ,and one of the theoretic of the cause of accidents adapt to the construction of bridge is found .The types of accidents and hurts which may happen are analyzed correspond to the working procedure of the construction of bridge, and then the types of accidents which happen in a high frequency are got.The type and cause of accidents in the construction of mountainous expressway bridge are researched by means of system science. By means of the Job risk analysis, falling from the high and hitting are confirmed as highly risky and frequent accident in the construction of mountainous expressway bridge. The analysis of accident tree is used to set up the accident tree of falling from the high in the construction of mountainous expressway bridge. Through the qualitative analysis, the head risky ingredients of falling from the high are identified.The countermeasure of safety management is induced systemically and logistically from the point of men, machine or matter, management and medium. And then, the technical method of the safety control in the construction of mountainous expressway bridge is discovered.The existent problem, the constituting process and the actualization of the emergency plan of bridge construction are discussed and analyzed.
