With the increase of high-rise and large space building, the steel tube scaffolding supporting structure of high-level and large area is commonly adopted in the current building construction. Because of specific design and construction codes are lacking, construction often rely on their own on-site experience in the construction of these systems.Based on the analysis of past collapses and accidents, this paper introduces the application of fastener steel pipe scaffold in high , heavy and big template support .And a calculation model for construction system of fastener style steel tubular formwork support was founded by means of software ANSYS and MSGS , which supply a reliable basis for erecting fastener style steel tubular formwork support .Furthermore , According to deformation measure materials in the construction, authors analyze bearing capacity of this kind support system.The results show that this formwork supporting system has its applicability. In ordered to keep the global stability of the scaffold, the tilt and the standing tube rod is not only required in construction but considered in design calculation. |
