Building intelligent is a new trade, With people bring the higher and higher requests in the functions, comfort, effectiveness and security of the building, thus the trade appears. More than twenty years ago, building intelligent appears in the developed countries, and develop quickly. But in China, building intelligent appears lately, there is a large difference with developed countries at present. This abstract introduced domestic and abroad development process of building intelligent and analyze the development of abroad building intelligent trade which gives our country inspiration.With the high-speed development of the economic in Anhui these years and the fast increase of the foundational construction, the concept of building intelligent has already been accepted by people bit by bit, the enterprises engaged in the trade develop from several to hundreds, thousands. I have been engaged in the trade for many years and collect some experience, mainly introduced the development history and the present situation of building intelligent trade in Anhui, analyzed some problems the trade faces at present.I think that the trade of building intelligent in Anhui looks like a developing state ,but there are a lot of problems behind it, for example, the non-standard of the market and technology, the relative weak of the design and technology power, the improper competition behaviors in invite and submit tenders , the unspecific manage department, they lead to the relative chaos of the present state of the trade , and not achieve sound progress yet. This abstract will mainly be aimed at how to standardize the design of building intelligent,how to standardize the construction of building intelligent and how to standardize the bid of building intelligent, this abstract willbring up corresponding strategies for the three aspects.
