With the increasing use of building integrate photovoltaic system and the laws of renewable energy come into force, the optimization of building integrate photovoltaic system is becoming more and more important. Theoretical and experiment work in this area was carried out by many research groups.Matlab is one of the most widely used software in the design of control system. Block pack such SIMBAD has simulate the traditional HVAC system. in order to simulate a building integrate photovoltaic/thermal system and optimize the control of the BIPV/T, a photovoltaic/thermal system is needed.Based on the simulation of the building integrate photovoltaic/thermal system, this paper attempt to:Investigate the relationship of the values of parameters and the system efficiency and conclude that the efficiency will increase with the decrease of the temperature difference of in-let water and ambient. Meanwhile the efficiency will increase with the increase of radiation.Based on the radiation data of Wuhan city, every square meter of building integrate photovoltaic system can produce 7655kw energy in a typical summer day and 2156kw in mild seasons. This result can be useful in further economical analyses.
