With the mushrooming of many exhibition centers, stadiums and airports nationwide, there is a increasing in social demand and engineering application of wide-span space structure. However, most of the nodal points loading test devices that are currently working belong to plane loading type, having poor versatility, unable to meet the loading requirement of large nodal points of the spatial structures. This article design an omni-bearing loading system for test of nodal points of the spatial structures. Its advantages are big loading capacity, high automaticity and synchronous loading of multiple nodal points. It applies to the extension and compression test of most nodal points in engineering practices.The first chapter presents a genera] view of spatial structure development, classification of structure test and methods of loading. Put forward the devise request and some of the function of the system.The second chapter proposes a design of the mechanism system including main hydrocylinder loading mechanism ,moving hydrocylinder loading mechanism and the design of the link for loading test among them.The third chapter introduces the finite element emulation, analysis the most important component of the system.and abtained the result the stress and the strain of the spare parts.The forth chapter descripte the installation of the mechanism system, inorder to examine the system,we put to a test. In the end we also introduction the use method and some notes during the applyment.In chapter 5, some conclusions of the work and the further works to do are given.
