Water hydraulic is a growing technology area mainly due to environmental,safety and cleanness reasons.Water hydraulic systems have proved to the best technology alternative in some industrial sectors such as food,paper,steel and power industry. With the development of material science and modern processing technology.Develop hydraulic component is possible.And human devoting much attention to save energy and protect eniroment,Water hydraulic techonolgy become a focus in this research field at home and abroad.The thesis firstly anasys the water hydraulic on three way valve of coal.mine hydraulic prop.In the thesis,Water three way valve is systematically,deep analyzed and researched by combining theoty analysis,computer simulation and finite element study together.Concrete structure of pure-water three way valve used in coal mine hydraulic prop are presented for the first time.Through flow equations of three way valve,force equations of valve core and equationgs of hydraulic prop,analysis dynamic performance of three way valve.The main content of each chapter is summarized as following:Chapter 1 introduces present status of pure water hydraulic and three way valve.key technologies of pure-water three way valve are expounded and solutions are proposed.Chapter 2 analysis structure and working principle of three way valve,its main sizes are designed.In chapter 3,With the development of CFD(computational Fluid Dynamics),Start at mechanism study of the flow in pure-water three way valve,Use FLUENT to simulated the flow in pure-water three way valve,and then optimize the structural design with the simulation result.In chapter 4,The structural preformance of prue-water three way valve and hydraulic prop is built.its dynamic performance is studied.Dynamic performance of pure-water three way valve is simulated using mathematical model which is built in this essay.the main factors which affects the stability of valve work are obtained.
