With the increase of environmental issues,the acceleration of green energy and the objective requirement of sustainable development has become an important direction of hydraulic technology to replace the fossil oil medium with aqueous medium.The re-emergence of water hydraulic technology also attributes to its own advantages,such as a variety of sources,environmental protection and safety,etc.However,due to the physical and chemical characteristics of water,the water hydraulic has higher requirements for structures and materials.The design of 2D water hydraulic digital valve with a new structure to solve the cavitation phenomenon of water hydraulic valve is mainly investigated.Meanwhile,the relevant characteristics of 2D water hydraulic digital valve are studied via simulation and visualization.Firstly,the working principle of 2D water hydraulic digital valve is given.By using the existing design theories and methods,the design of three modules which conclude valve body module,mechanical electric converter module and transmission mechanism are completed.In this part,the main spool with U shape and double semicircular throttling groove structure is designed.The plan of using the brushless DC motor instead of the stepping motor for the 2D water hydraulic digital valve is presented.The cavitation phenomenon by using high speed camera and the design of transparent polycarbonate body are also studied in the paper.Secondly,through introduction of the mechanism of cavitation erosion in water medium,flow field of water hydraulic valve is analyzed by full cavitation model.And the effect of cavitation in main value core with bionic design method is reduced.Using the Bio-TRIZ theory to map the biological model to the engineering model,the similarity between the biological prototype and the design object is analyzed and the similarity is also calculated.When the bionic model of the furrow shell is extracted,the rectangular bionic structure and zigzag bionic structural features of the main value core is designed.Thirdly,the control system of 2D water digital valve is designed.The scheme is determined that the DC motor is controlled by PC,and the drive controller of the brushless DC motor is selected.According to the requirement of the system,the software is developed to realize the accurate control of the main valve core displacement.Finally,in order to study the characteristics of the designed valve,the 2D water digital valve experimental sub-module is built on the basis of comprehensive hydraulic water valve integrated experimental system.The basic characteristics of 2D water hydraulic digital valve are tested according to the experimental subsystem,which including flow experiments with different throttling grooves and different bionic structures and the pressure experiments with different both opening flow and opening grooves or different both opening flow and bionic structures.According to the experiment subsystem,the visualization experiment device of this experiment is designed and the cavitation phenomenon is analyzed.Bubble formation and motion are analyzed,and the characteristics of cavitation are contrasted in different bionic structures,different opening flow and different pressure.Thus,the validity of the bionic mechanism is verified.
