At present, for various reasons the high-precision gear transmission devices which are producing and applicating in china are basically import products. Therefore, developing the new structure of high-precision RV transmission devices can save a lot of foreign exchange for the country and bring considerable economic and social benefits to related companies. Three gear boards of meshing less tooth difference planetary gear transmission device is a small size,high transmission ratio of precision transmission device which can be used for robot joint.my subject which belong to the innovation of new RV transmission has been assigned the utility model patent by the State Intellectual Property Office. This paper work lay a solid foundation on application and the research of this new type of gear transmission device , helplly break the monopoly of developed countries in technology and promote China's high-precision gear design levels and promote China's enterprises the ability of independent innovation and progress of the competitiveness.In this paper, design and research of the three boards of meshing gears less tooth difference planetary gear transmission device have been finished in the parameters of design, strength check and drawings. The simulating and analyzing of three-dimensional finite element of external meshing gears was over. First of all, finishing design of the main parameters of device according to mesh principle, by reading a lot of related papers , to identify key preliminary design parameters, and then use the C language programming to check more ten kinds of interferes of less tooth difference in the guarantees of the circumstances of non-Interference, the combination of related-paper, with a look-up table and enumeration method to combine,through self on the C language program to optimize the design parameters and finish the final design of the main parameters.After the main parameters established, the application of Pro / E for transmission device to the three-dimensional design,completed all parts of transmission device the three-dimensional drawing design, and, accordingly drawing of part to model finite element model; the secong developing of the new structure three gear boards of meshing less tooth difference planetary gear transmission device based on Pro/E than establishment of templates suitable for engeering drawing and the common parts storage technology-based family table.All three-dimensional drawings have been turned into two-dimensional engeering drawing; Assembly structure drawing and engeering drawing was over; The calculation of the strength of gear in accordance with ISO standards have been completed.The three-dimensional model which were built by the Pro/E was led to finite element analysis software in ABAQUS for analysis. Dynamic finite element analysis of external meshing gears was done in ABAQUS software. Simulation of the whole process of meshing include the changes of contact, bending and same-effect stress. The design methods,completing drawings and research results can be applied to product design and manufacturing of enterprises. To a certain extent,working of paper can reduce design period ,design costs and laid a solid foundation for robit joints application of three gear boards of meshing less tooth difference planetary gear transmission device.
