Novel ring-type double- crank reducing gear dirve with small tooth number different holds the characters of simple construction, small volume, high transmission ration,capability and transmission efficiency. Recent years, it developed quickly and evoluted to many other kind of constructions, which have huge application of mechanical equipment in various fields. Otherwise, those driving device are usually used in the high speed, load and transmission ration environments, in which will produce the problems of serius vibration, high noise, temperature increased sharply, and bearings easyliy broken. Those becomes technical problems which greatly hinder double-camshaft few teeth difference gear reducer's popularization and need to be solved urgently.In order to overcome its shortcomings, this thesis presented a novel ring-type double- crank reducing gear dirve with small tooth number different which consists of involute gear transmission and gear drive with small tooth ntmber difference, and analyzed its transmission principles, kinematics characteristics, then designed novel ring-type double- crank reducing gear dirve with small tooth number different, based on this, analyzed system's internal motivations and gearbox casing's structure noise, in this way, it will guide this kind of gearbox's design and optimization, and have a vital theriory value and practice meanings. The main contains as follows:(1) Presented a novel ring-type double- crank reducing gear dirve with small tooth number different which consists of involute gear transmission and involute planetary transmission with small tooth difference, and designed its transmission structure and geometric parameters,conculated gears'parameters of each transmission, got every part's 3D models,virtual assembled them together, and done its Interference Analysis;(2) Analyzed motivatios of gear engagement system, discussed formation principle of internal motivations and its time variation, establied gear pairs'3D dynamic contact EF module, and gained gearbox's internal motivations;(3) Established gear-axis-bearings-gearbox's coupling 3D FE analysis modle of novel ring-type double- crank reducing gear dirve with small tooth number different. On this basis, analyzed reducer's natural characters, and got system's first 20th natural frequency and mode shapes;(4) Used mode superposition method to analysis system's response, evaluated the dynamic responses and gearbox surface's construcre noise by the internal motivations of novel ring-type double- crank reducing gear dirve with small tooth number different,fully researched this kind of reducer's dynamic characters.
