Abstract/Summary:
This article is talking about the relationship between human and the shape of space (such as space environment \ facility etc.) via analyzing the running state \ regional feature \ culture difference and researching the tend of development of green rail transport in different country all over the world. Aiming at the problems of many urban light rail way space designs (for instance: vehicle design \ station space design and related facility design are relatively independent. Even rail transport space design is applied mechanically between different cities and areas.) It brings forward a concept that rail transport space design conformity should oriented the people in public space and analyze people's demand (give priority to white-collar workers' demand) under transportation. It should rationalize and efficiently improve the light rail transport space interface design via further studying human perception of space recognition \ space sequence \ urban culture in Environment-Behavior theory. In actual design & application, practice design exploration focusing on the relationship of 1) people's feeling when waiting for the vehicles / entering the vehicles 2) space transition 3) facility form. Striving create a integrated public space form via amalgamating vehicle from, vehicle space from, waiting area form and human activity.
