Research On Structure And Property Of Corrugated Pallet

As a new kind of green product, Corrugated pallet is very light, cheap, easy to recycle, and accord with the development trend of international packaging. But now the domestic design of corrugated pallet is still at the starting stage. The structure of the corrugated pallet are more, miscellaneous, and no clear classification, The research on mechanical property of the corrugated pallet is vary little. There are no comparison between different pallets about the performance. There is no complete and feasible design method of corrugated pallet in the field of corrugated pallet industry.In this article, mainly do some research on the structure and property of the corrugated pallet, through experimental method, theoretical analysis, and computer simulation. The main research results are as follows:(1) First of all, classified the existing structure of the corrugated pallet, then studied the mechanical property of different kinds of pallets by the experimental method, considering the relationship among the carrying capacity, the manner of molding, quantity of glue, quantity of corrugated board etc. At last, educed a kind of pallet with better property.(2) On the basis of the above research, this article studied the carrying capacity of the typical structure of corrugated pallet including panel, block and string utilizing the sandwich plate theory, and established the mathematical model. Also this paper studied the mechanical property of the panel and string utilizing the structure theory, then developed the formula of them under uniform load and concentrated load.(3) the article analyzed the mechanical property of the typical structure of the corrugated pallet by using the method of computer simulation, then compared the results of the experiment, theory analysis and computer simulation, which indicated the model is correct.Then the paper studied the influence of each main design parameter to the carrying capacity of corrugated pallet's typical structure. Finally this article established the whole pallet's model and analyzed its mechanical property.This study on the structure and performance of corrugated pallet, have some theoretical and practical significance.
