| The emerging protection technology for thick layer base material on slope is mixed with certain proportion of foundation soil, organic substrate, high polymer adhesive, water-retaining agent, fertilizer, seeds and so on. Then mechanical agitation samples to even and use the power provide by piston pump and air compressor, sprays to the slope, can form suitable soil layer for plant growth. After seeds germinated and to level ground, it can effective protect the stable of side slope, and achieve the goal of fast repair ecosystem and slope protection. But the foundation and difficulty in this technology is the problem of proportion of substrate, whether proportion of substrate is reasonable does relate the success or failure in whole project of protection on slope. The study used different foundation material to proportion, screened out nine proportion of substrate. According to pot experiment, determinated long-term nutrient and moisture content change of substrate screened three proportions which fit for virescence of side slope, and finally determined the most suitable substrate of side slope by simulation side slope experiment. Main results and conclusions were as follows:1 Through a preliminary analysis, we chose soil, ordinary portland cement of type 425, CMC, peat, straw, sawdust, water-retaining agent, controlled-release fertilizer, turf special fertilizer and furfural residues as the basic materials which were confect substrates for the slope protection and revegetation.2 Screened out nine substrates for slope protection and revegetation: A1B1C7%, A1B4C4%, A2B2C4%, A2B3C4%, A3B1C4%, A4B1C4%, A3B2C4%, A4B2C4%, A3B4C4%, which was basically fit for slope protection and revegetation by determine of caking, density, porosity, pH.3 The nine kinds of substrates for slope protection and revegetation provided a good environment for plant germination and growth. The treatments had a low germination rate. But all the necessary elements content in plants were relatively normal, and shoot fresh weight and chlorophyll content were high.4 The nutrients and moisture content of all treatments were relatively high, but pH was also high, which could impact on plant germination, but then had no significant effect on plant growth. In earlier period, nutrient in different substrates was vast loss by water. And in last period, it was not significant.5 A1B1C7%, A1B4C4% and A3B4C4% were quite good on the simulation side slope protection and the afforested effect. In earlier period ryegrass growing trend was quite good in each processing, the coverage fraction was high, could basically adapt the side slope protection. But after the winter experiment, only the treatment of A1B4C4% survived. As the test result showed, on the experiment condition, only soil:straw=2:1, mostly material:assistant material=17:1, content of cement was 4% was the best substrate proportion for slope protection and revegetation, soil:straw=2:1, mostly material: assistant material=5:1, content of cement was 7% and soil:straw=8:1, mostly material: assistant material=17:1, content of cement was 4% could be extended in areas which had larger rainfall and higher temperature in the winter.6 Based on the research results, physical and chemical properties standards of substrates for slope protection and revegetation were put forword, and they could supply to be a reference by uints that produced substrates for slope protection and revegetation. |
