The Optimization Study On Mix Proportion Of Ecological Slope Protection Block Of Dry Concrete And Slope Analysis

The objectives of this experiment are to improved the working performance of concrete block by change the mix proportion of dry concrete,and the processing of block.Also to discuss the results of block work with side slope together.The experiment was conducted in Siping and Dunhua of Jilin Province.First,experiment shows the significant factors which influence the working performance of concrete by the orthogonal test with five factors and four levels.Then,according to the result of orthogonal test,the contrastive experiment can be conducted and comes to a conclusion,which is the best mix proportion of dry concrete block include:320kg of cement,25% of fly ash content,0.39 of W/B,60% of sand content,and the proportion of sand to stone-chip should be 1:1.Our nation,with vast territory,different weather and geography factors.With the transportation network all over the nation,there are only Yunnan,Guangxi,Guangdong,Taiwan,and Hainan,those five provinces in the south of the Tropic of Cancer.The provinces that in the north of Long River are all have seasonal frozen soil zone in their territory,about 54% area of our country.So,it’s important to discuss the issue of the freeze-thaw damage of concrete and the thaw slumping distortion of the frozen soil slope.For that,the next step of experiment is starting to test which admixture can improved the antifreeze of concrete better,crumb rubber or air-entraining agent.With crumb rubber,when the block of dry concrete just be pressed after pressure molding process,there are some cracks on the surface by the bounce of rubber which inside the block,make the block higher than the regular block by 1mm to 2mm,cause some damage and weaken the working performance of block.At last,with simulate the working process of side slope and slope protection byAnsys,to analyse the working states of side slope under the different conditions.And to judge the working effect of slope protection by finding out the critical states of side slope under the different conditions.The result shows that with soil of side slope be weakened by the freeze-thaw damage over and over again,the working effect of slope protection is getting more obvious.So,it is important to improve the performance of block,to make sure that the concrete block is in the working condition for long term.
