Study On Constructure And Characteristic Of Internal-Meshing Few Differences Teeth Gear Hydro-Motor

The paper introduced a new type of hydro-motor, few differences of teeth motor. The theory of few differences of teeth motor is based on the theory of general gear motor and few differences of teeth gear drive. Operating principle and basic character has been expounded and analyzed . The paper include several aspects :(1) The paper introduces the operating principle and basic character of few differences of teeth motor, analyse the motor's torque. The theory of the few differences of teeth motor's output torque is not same as general gear motor. The driving force is radial force . In general gear motor radial force is much lager than it's driving force and is harmful. But in the few differences of teeth motor the radial force can produce very lager output torque. So it can be considered as big torque hydro-motor.(2) The paper study the phenomenon of server teeth put into gear, analyse the phenomenon how effect the few differences of teeth motor.(3) After the study on the leakage and power loss inside of the few differences of teeth motor Motor, the optimal solution of radial and axial are educed and calculated the leakage. Reference is supplied for the designing and manufaturing of the few differences of teeth motor.
