In this paper, a new hydraulic system—the gear pump-motor unity machine is designed, which is composed of the planetary gear pump and multiple gear variable-displacement motor. Change valve is installed in the middle of the shell to reversing the motor and angle of the input and output axis can be changed by different middle shell shape. Due to the planet than ordinary gear pump flow pulsation meshing gear pump is small, many outside the motor torque ripple of gear meshing motor is stude 1/9, pulsation of the gear pump-motor unity machine is greatly reduced, and also the system noise pollution.Firstly, analyse the instantaneous flow characteristic of the gear pump-motor unity machine and instantaneous torque characteristic of the multiple gear motor, with simulation carried on at the same time, whose analysis results is compared with the ordinary gear pump motor.Secondly, physical model of the gear pump-motor unity machine is established. and flow field simulation analysis of the end and radial leakage are separately worked out by using the finite element analysis software. Result shows the relationship between different end faces, radial clearance and leakage flow when differential pressure is 2MPa, which lays a foundation for further internal flow field analysis of the gear pump and motor one machine.Also, optimization mathematical models of multi-objective planet gear pump and multiple gears motor are established, which shows a smallest volume and minimum instantaneous pulse.Finally,based on physical model, mathematical models of the gear pump-motor unity machine are established, transfer functions deduced and block diagram drawed.At the same time, different dynamic characteristics of the gear pump-motor unity machine caused by different viscous damping coefficient and leakage coefficient are analyzed.Figure [68] table [9] reference [69]...
