Post-Study On Engineering Construction Of Rubber Dams

The post-evaluation of project is a technical and economic activity which objectively and systematically analyzes and summaries the purpose of the project, implementation process, effectiveness, relevance and impactions of the entire process after a period of time of the completion of construction projects and operations. Thus, post-project evaluation is the last part of project construction period, and an indispensable important means of the decision-making project management. The application of rubber dam has developed over 40 years in china, its theory and technology are becoming more and more mature, but the project post-evaluation has not been expanded so far.This paper is based on theory/method study of project post-evaluation and hydraulic engineering project, combine with the features and key points of rubber dam in project proposal, planning and design, construction and operation management. Argue and screen the Index of post-evaluation for rubber dam construction, then set up the post-evaluation Index System. Each hierarchy Index Weight of rubber dam construction post-evaluation has been confirmed by using expert consultation method, Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Matlab soft ware tools' calculation. Set up corresponding fuzzy mathematics post-evaluation model, and apply the model to the real project, then achieve the study object of integrated post-evaluation on rubber dam construction process.The purpose of this study is to sum up the experience, learn lessons and send the information back to the rubber dam construction and management of the relevant departments, to make the design of projects more reasonable, building construction, more scientific, management more efficient, thereby enhancing the decision-making level and investment returns of Rubber Dam Project investment.
