| Harmonic gear drive is a technique that has been developed in recent decades and it is made up of a flexspline, rigidity gear and harmonic generator. It transfers motion and power depending on the flexible deformation of the flexspline. Harmonic gear drive possesses several virtues: small size, high drive ratio, transfer heavy torques, motion accuracy also is high and so on. In order to meet the requirement of decelerator which used in guided missile, this paper designed a new decelerator which has harmonic gear.Firstly, this paper studied the rule of flexspline deformation based on the theory of ring and shell. Based on the equation of gear contour after flexspline deformation, It is deduced backlash calculation formulation which supplies theories for optimized design.Secondly, A type of new mathematic model is established in terms of load function used the method of theoretic analysis .The model compensates backlash minis in the way of flexspline add retorted angle, which compensates for putting backlash decrease volume directly into object function backlash value. Though the optimization design analysis of four forces model and standard ovalshaped model harmonic gear drive by the new method of backlash decrease backlash decrease. The result indicated that the new backlash calculation formulation is more conform to the reality.Thirdly, according to result of optimization design, this paper design a new decelerator which has harmonic gear in order to meet the demand of the guided missile system. This paper checked heat balance and the intension on different key parts.Lastly, according to the complex stress condition in flexspline, using ANSYS to analyze it under force situation and without any force situation, and we got the data of load and stress on the flexspline of four force model. |
