This article based on present situation of build energy conservation. The building that satisfies comfortable request of people shouldn't take huge energy depletion as price, and we should adjust to the request of green and economy energy building.The main body of the technical papers is studied about the problem that how to reduce the consumption of office building energy under transition areas climate. After inquiring into and analyzing current situation, I have brought forward the characteristic of office building energy consumption in transition areas. By using "the theory of climate and building localism"and the principle of building pyrology. After carrying out theoretical analysis and scientific verification, and attach importance to difference studies, the papers brought forward a rationalization proposal.The basic problem of building energy conservation of transition areas resolve building's heat preservation and heat insulation and reduce air-conditioning energy consumption, the technical paper has discussed the building outside defending structure, natural draft, and Natural skylight. By analyzing energy conservation design I designs and calculate a representative of office building, the final chapter has probed tactics and method, and checked the method feasibility in reality.
