At present,as the largest public building in China,high-rise office buildings have the characteristics of high energy consumption and great energy saving potential.As a medium for interaction between indoor environment and natural environment,architectural spacial form is an important issue in building energy-saving design research.However,at present stage,the energy-saving design process of high-rise office building spacial form has large development space in energy-saving effectiveness,factor balance and decision-making accuracy.Based on this,this paper aims to explore the influence law and application method between the spatial form of high-rise office buildings and building energy consumption in Hohhot,so as to improve the comprehensive effectiveness of local building energy-saving design,strengthen the multi-factor trade-off ability,and improve the accuracy of energy-saving design decision-making.Firstly,the study analyzed the photoclimatic and thermoclimatic characteristics of Hohhot region as well as the energy consumption characteristics of high-rise office buildings and their main influencing factors by using literature research method and comparative analysis method,and established a system of influencing factors of spatial form of energy consumption of high-rise office buildings adapted to Hohhot region.Secondly,the field investigation of the existing high-rise office buildings in Hohhot was carried out to obtain the spatial form design factors and their values,and a typical model of energy consumption simulation of high-rise office buildings in Hohhot was established.Thirdly,based on Radiance lighting simulation tool and EnergyPlus energy consumption simulation tool,using single variable test method,multivariate test method,range analysis method and variance analysis method,based on the performance of two different envelope structures,the spatial form design factors of high-rise office buildings are analyzed quantitatively.The relationship between building lighting energy consumption,heating energy consumption and cooling energy consumption is analyzed quantitatively,and the influence law of single and composite elements of high-rise office building spacial form is proposed.Finally,combined with case practice,the application method of energy-saving design law of building spacial form is analyzed,and the feasibility and effectiveness of energy-saving design law of building spacial form are verified,which improves the comprehensive effectiveness of building energy-saving design.Through the above research,the main results of this paper are as follows :Firstly,theories related to the energy-saving design of spatial forms in high-rise office buildings were summarized,and a system of factors influencing the energy consumption of spatial forms adapted to high-rise office buildings in the Hohhot area and a typical model for energy consumption simulation were established;Secondly,the law of energy consumption influence of spatial form of high-rise office buildings is revealed.The quantitative relationship between spatial form design factors and energy consumption in high-rise office buildings is explored from two perspectives,single and composite elements,based on two different envelope properties;Thirdly,the law on the influence of building spatial form on energy consumption was verified.A multi-factor trade-off between the factors influencing the building’s surroundings and the energy-saving design factors of the spatial form was carried out in conjunction with real-life examples,resulting in a 20.64% reduction in the total annual building energy consumption of the optimised projiect.The research further clarifies the influence of architectural spacial form design factors on energy consumption under local climate conditions,enriches the research ideas of building energy-saving design,and expands the connotation of regional building energy-saving design. |
