| With the increasing shortage of the energy supply accompanying the rapid development of national economy of China,to save energy has become a significant strategy to ensure sustainable development.The building,whose energy consumption occupies 30 percentage of the total energy consumption of society,is a chief consumer of energy,and it is really expected to carry out the task in no time.The department store is a kind of high energy-consuming public building,and its number is highly increasing according with the development of economy,bringing the high energy consumption.In an attitude of general and scientific,by taking department store as object,this paper researches deeply on the energy-saving design, and puts forward the energy-saving tragedy which fits the department stores in the super-cold areas,trying best to make the contents practical and widely-suited.By carrying on the investigation in the representative department stores in the city of Harbin and Shenyang and making a study of the basic condition of the buildings and the way of managing,it analyzes the features of the department store's energy consumption and the factors that influence the energy consumption most,based on this,it finds out the main reasons why it is so high energy consuming. Integrating with the features of the climate in cold-area and fulfilling the regulation of Energy-saving Statute of Public Buildings(GB50189—2005),this paper shows the energy-saving measures in two aspects which apply the department store in cold area: architectural measures and technical measures.According to the data collected in investigation and both the architectural measures and technical measures presented in this paper,applied digital model technology to make scientific and full-scale quantificational analysis of the energy consumption of the department stores in the super-cold area,aiming to solve the high-energy consumption of department store in the super-cold area on architectural design and technical measures.The research subject has stated guiding significance to the energy-saving design of commercial building,the energy conservation sledding,and the intensive study of commercial building in cold-region. |
